About Ross

In addition to his extensive experience working for an international sales agency on titles including the critically acclaimed MARGIN CALL and cult international hit IRON SKY, Ross is also an award-winning genre filmmaker whose films have been released in more than 20 countries around the world and whose fan base continues to grow.

His micro-budget action feature TEN DEAD MEN, which Ross edited and directed, sold over 40,000 copies in the UK alone and has been re-released numerous times across several territories. Currently Ross has four features as director on wide release and a huge library of over 40 short films, music videos and corporate projects to his name including PURE VENGEANCE, which was selected by the film critic Jonathan Ross to be featured on his television series STOP! KUNG FU, and SALVATION which screened in official selection at numerous international film festivals. His most recent feature as writer and director, I AM VENGEANCE, starring Stu Bennett (fka WWE Superstar Wade Barrett), martial arts superstar Gary Daniels, Keith Allen and Anna Shaffer, has won multiple awards and the sequel, I AM VENGEANCE: RETALIATION which also stars Vinnie Jones and Jean-Paul Ly, was released internationally in 2020, hit number 2 on the Netflix UK chart and the top 10 on Netflix USA as well as selling to more than 50 countries. Ross has also has completed two new short films - espionage thriller DEAD END III: DEAD MAN WALKING, starring Bryan Larkin, Rebecca Yeo and Tony Greengrass, and intense drama WHO'S AFRAID?, both of which have screened in multiple film festivals.

Ross studied Media Production at the prestigious Bournemouth University and has an impressive and extensive knowledge of all things film, especially genre and action movies. He is well known on the film festival circuit and has strong relationships with international buyers.
